Politica di Reso e Rimborso di Drudd
Resi Gratuiti in Italia entro 14 giorni
Se per qualsiasi motivo non sei soddisfatto del tuo acquisto su Drudd e risiedi in Italia, hai diritto a rendere l'articolo entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna originale. I resi sono completamente gratuiti per i clienti che ordinano dall' Italia, quindi non ci sono costi nascosti. Ecco come funziona:
Per richiedere un reso, invia una mail a resi@drudditalia.com indicando il numero dell'ordine, l'email utilizzata per l'acquisto ed il motivo. Ti preghiamo di contattarci per avviare il processo di reso e ricevere ulteriori istruzioni.
Una volta che riceviamo l'articolo restituito e verifichiamo che sia in condizioni adeguate, procederemo con il rimborso completo del vostro acquisto. Il rimborso verrà elaborato entro 14 giorni lavorativi.
N.B. Se dopo aver richiesto il cambio, decidi di rendere il prodotto, saranno detratti dal rimborso 12,90€ a titolo di rimborso spese di spedizione.
Resi da Paesi Europei
Per gli ordini effettuati dai paesi europei, il reso è possibile entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna originale, ma è importante precisare che ci sarà un costo di € 9,50 per la restituzione, che verrà sottratto al costo del prodotto reso.
Il rimborso non include i costi di spedizione sostenuti in fase di ordine iniziale.

Drudd Returns and Refunds Policy
Free Returns in Italy within 14 Days
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Drudd purchase and you live in Italy, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of the original delivery date. Returns are completely free for customers ordering from Italy, so there are no hidden fees. Here's how it works:
To request a return, send an email to resi@drudditalia.com indicating your order number, the email address used for purchase, and the reason for the return. Please contact us to initiate the return process and receive further instructions.
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in proper condition, we will process a full refund for your purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 business days.
N.B. If you decide to return the product after requesting an exchange, a €12.90 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns from European Countries
For orders placed from European countries, returns are possible within 14 days of the original delivery date, but please note that there will be a €9.50 return fee, which will be deducted from the cost of the returned product.
The refund does not include shipping costs incurred during the initial order.
